Midi Karaoke
I would like to recommend the free (but excellent) MS-DOS Midi Karaoke Player by Henry So in the first place. If a Windows
(95) version is to be preferred, then you could use a decent player which is
included in KARAKAN (by Ewin van Veldhoven).
However, my absolute favorite

Actually my first MIDI sequence, which sounds good on my Yamaha Electone HC-2 . Since the combination of a HC-2 organ with a computer and a Midi player is rather unlikely, I decided to render this piece in MP3 format. (Known bugs: two chords in the Toccata are wrong, because at the upper keyboard of a HC-2 no more than 7 notes can be played simultaneously.)
